Our Heritage

The soul of the Table.

To us, a meal is never just food. It is a slow conversation, a shared history, and a celebration of the landscape that sustains us.

The Meaning of ‘Saj’

Named after the ancient, convex metal griddle used across the Levant, Saj represents more than a tool. It is the center of the village, the warmth of the home, and the first step in every feast.

Our story began in the high mountains, where bread was a morning ritual. The rhythmic clapping of hands shaping the dough became the heartbeat of our family kitchen. Every recipe passed down through generations carries the memory of those mornings.

“We don’t measure our success by covers, but by the lingering conversations at table seven.”
